Participants learn cheers, chants, and song-pom dances with a hip hop and jazz foundation. This class is perfect for those new to cheerleading or for Winter and Spring as a follow up to the Pop Warner season. This class is also offered in the Fall and Summer. Arm motions, jumps, pom pon dances, technique, flexibility training and basic nurtrition are taught in this class. Format for class has been created by former NFL cheerleader and award winning competitive coach, Kim Esmond.

High School Musical Cheer & Dance
45 minute class for ages 4-7

Come join our staff for a fun filled class of Disney’s High School Musical! This class has just the perfect mix of chants, crafts and dancing to HSM’s upbeat music. In this class participants will learn basic dance combinations with poms to HSM favorites as well as chants, flexibility training, and performance skills. Participants will make their own props for their final performance for their families and friends.
