Beginning Jazz dance (Jazz I)
45 minute classes for ages 5-7, 8-12, and in combo class format (please see Early Childhood Combination Classes)

Each beginning jazz class teaches age appropriate jazz dance skills and terminology. This class hones in on jazz dance steps, turns, leaps, kicks and stretching techniques that increases flexibility and agility. This class encourages self expression in an encouraging and supportive environment. A dance routine is taught in each class for a last day or special performance.

Intermediate Jazz dance (Jazz II)
50 minute class for ages 5-7, 8-12 & teen

Intermediate jazz is for students who have mastered the skills and technique of beginning jazz. Students in this class will learn more advanced skills such as double pirouettes, intermediate leaps and dance combinations. More emphasis in this class is placed on technique but the underlying message is still safety and fun.
